How to get your life in order when things feel out of control. There's not much that compares to the feeling of being well prepared and aware of everything in your life. In turn this is quite easy for some people, either because of their mentality, habits or willpower. But the reality is that many women would give anything to find tools that help them achieve that balance that leads them to feel a fuller life, away from feelings of guilt, worries and going to bed thinking about a number of things that overwhelm them.

If you are used to feeling that you are running uphill continuously and forgetting something along the way here I share some reflections to consider. I've never considered myself someone that got a lot in life figured out and didn't set big goals when I was younger. My motivation is very high one day and the other not so much, like everyone else's. Always struggled to stay focused and dedicated to my plans and goals. I knew I needed to be consistent and plan ahead, as the Time has passed I've figured out what I want to accomplish with my life. However, it's hard when your inclination is to avoid tasks that feel tedious and instead jump into the couch and watch the latest on social media. in other words changing entrainment for personal growth which involves a lot of aspects .Don't get me wrong we all need to disconnect and get a time for ourself that has nothing to do with work but remember life is about balance.

I'm now at the stage where it's almost hard for me to spend an entire day watching Netflix or social media, which is a significant improvement from where I was a while ago. I think when you have an uninspired mindset you need an update of both identity and habits. There are many things we can do to prepare ourselves to move forward in those days when we don't feel inspired. It's more about developing habits than anything else, and we can all improve our preparation without losing our attitude of going with the flow.

If you're having trouble staying on top of things, here are some simple strategies to be more focused and motivated without having to make a complete change in your lifestyle. The concept behind this initial step is simple: you won't know where to start unless you know what alternatives you have. For starters, it's a good idea to evaluate the main aspects of your life. Here's how I prefer to categorize the main aspects of my life: Health: Eating habits, exercise, and lifestyle choices that affect.

Finance: income, budget and management skills, debt and mindset.

Personal development: personal growth: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. Time and productivity management, decision making and goal setting.

Career: Making money, work-life balance, skill set, and advancement ambitions.

Relationships: Family, Romantic, Work and Friendships.

Self-care: Learning about oneself, introspective growth, and processing old sorrows and circumstances.( very Important)

Rest and rejuvenation: Mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

Home -Life: Atmosphere, Physical Space and Organization.

Extracurricular Time: Free Time, Fun, Vacations, Hobbies, Volunteer Hours, etc. Consider how out of control each of these areas of your life are on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 represents absolute control and 5 represents total lack of control.

It's time to prioritize the main areas of your life after you've assessed how disorganized they are.

Choose the four that, if implemented right now, would have the greatest impact on you (and your family).

Then select the two that have a greatest impact on your situation right now.

These are the top priorities for you. Remember that no one can achieve everything at the same time. You can never control everything if you try to do it all.

Believe me, the person you follow on social media is not that organized, at least not without help. So if you want to get your life in order, start with one or two areas. I guarantee that once you understand one aspect of your life, the rest will fit in much more easily. This is reflected as "the rising tide raises all boats". That's how it really works. When your finances are in order, you can afford to do things like eat a little healthier. This implies that your health, energy and motivation will improve. Because you feel better, you do more things around the house or with your family. With better money management, you may be able to hire someone to clean your house or take care of your children. As a result, you'll have more free time and be less stressed. You may be able to pay cash for a vacation thanks to your savings.

As you can see, putting one part of your life in order makes it much easier to get other areas in order. It's a domino effect, and it's amazing!

It will be easier to let go of things that don't move the needle or make a difference in your life once you know what your genuine priorities are. Personally, I felt so much better about letting go and saying no to the things I was just doing because I felt compelled to do. Saying no to things that get in the way of living a life you love allows you to focus on the things that are really important.

It,s time to create some goals that will help you get there, now that you know what you want to prioritize. Winning is part of the strategy. You've never gotten into a car without clearly knowing where you're going before you start driving. Have you decided where you want to go and how you're going to get there? The same can be said of life's goals. I'm all for living a life you enjoy, but you have to know what it's like and how to get there.

FORGIVE YOURSELF AND MOVE ON.

We will never be the ideal spouses, parents, siblings, friends or people. No matter how hard you try, it's not going to happen. I would even go so far as to say that the harder you try, the more likely you are to fail. I used to believe that if I just worked a little harder, everything would be better. But trying to do it with my existing understanding resulted in nothing but frustration. It's time to forgive yourself for not being perfect, for the decisions that have brought you to this point, and for the reality that you will never be perfect again. You will never be perfect, but you can always strive to improve.

No matter how out of control your life seems to be right now, you can completely restore order. Sure, it can take a while. It's not going to happen overnight. You didn't get into so much confusion and overwhelm in one day, unless something serious happened. It will take you more than a day to get out of this situation. But you can do it, and the sooner you start, the better. If I had one piece of advice for you, it would be for you to get started right away! Don't leave for Monday what you could do today (unless today is Monday). I guarantee that if you start now and continue with it, it will change your life for the better. I know because it has happened to me. Just keep in mind: don't think about it too much. Just start with what seems most natural to you. Focus on what feels good in the present instead of trying to do everything. It's about living with a purpose! This will bring you one step closer to living a life you are proud of. Once you've understood, move on to the next most important topic. Keep rolling forward with the bumps and flowing with the changes!

When you take care of this aspects of your day to day, you will be using your physical and mental energy on the most important things in your life!
